ABOUT ME
Hello, and thank you for checking out Halo Test! My name is Tanya and I'm a twenty one year-old student, writer and aspiring freelancer currently living in the United Kingdom. Born and raised in Romania, at the age of 18 I decided to up and leave to pursue higher education abroad and three years later, I am humbly starting my career in teaching and research and writing away for everybody on the internet to read.

Writing has been an important part of my life ever since a young age, as it's allowed me to express my most intimate thoughts and feelings in a carefree, yet beautiful way. Today, I use writing as a form of empowerment and I am passionate about writing pieces that make others feel strong and understood. My side hobby of self-improvement prompted me to start writing Halo Test: my personal blog, online diary and motivational platform. After six months' worth of hard, daily work and incessant nerves, I've also self-published my debut poetry book, Poems Gone Nuclear, on October 16th, 2018.

A lot of the work that I do online involves creative use of social media, so I share the same positive messages over on my Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.

When I am not studying, working or writing, I love reading, listening to an obnoxious variety of musical artists, exercising or playing video games. At no point am I able to say no to catching up on my favourite Netflix shows or having dinner out with friends. My guilty pleasures include concert tickets and ridiculously expensive notebooks. I am an excessively neat synaesthete and a friendly bilingual chick.
