BLOGMAS: Three Weeks of Daily Content

Well, it's been a long time.

I would lie if I said the reason I stayed away from the blog was a schedule full of work and commitments, although I did do quite a lot with my time since we've last talked. The truth is, I wanted to revamp the blog! Make it better, prettier and more accessible to navigate, and also find and secure my niche. It doesn't take a careful eye to notice that ever since I started Halo Test 18 months ago, I wrote on a wide variety of topics and struggled to get to a format that represented me and my genuine interest. But, after dipping my fingers in several different pies and found the flavour that I liked the best, I know where I'm heading next, and I would like to show you this through a three-week-long event called Blogmas.

Starting this upcoming Monday, the 3rd of December, I will post daily content on my blogs and social media platforms all the way up to Christmas. Content will involve three posts a week here, on Halo Test (the two usual ones on Mondays and Thursdays, and a bonus, shorter one on Wednesday), one post a week on Nils Gone Nuclear, my poetry blog (Tuesdays), and two posts a week on Tanya Lund Poetry, my newly launched Instagram poetry page (Tuesdays and Fridays). Apart from that, expect daily posts on my Instagram, Tumblr and Twitter pages, as well as a featured board on Pinterest, entirely dedicated to the themes that I will talk about during Blogmas.

I am not a Christmas-y person by nature, and although Christmas has always been a big thing for my family I often struggled to partake in the celebratory atmosphere stealing hearts all around. This year, though, I am keen on focusing on positivity, kindness and gratitude as part of my Holidays agenda. I started Halo Test to document my exploration of these themes in my journey of self-development and coming-of-age, so at this time of the year, shortly after turning 21 and mere weeks away from the start of a brand new year, I want to go back to the bore bones of what this blog is all about. Therefore, expect Blogmas to be all about motivation, self-care, productivity and all the things that have changed my life.

It won't be all serious, though. I have a few fun posts in store.

To follow the latest updates on Blogmas, stay close to my social media or subscribe to the newsletter! That will notify you whenever a new post goes up on the blog, as well as provide you with exclusive materials and free online goodies!

I do hope that you will stick around for the ride.
